CarolinaPower has hired Michael Sease as Business Development Manager. Based in the company’s Upstate (S.C.) office, Sease will focus on growing CarolinaPower’s business in the industrial, commercial, healthcare and federal market sectors across the two-state Carolinas region.

Sease comes to CarolinaPower with more than 25 years of proven business development and account management experience in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. He also has experience in commercial real estate brokerage and low-voltage IT Integration services.

“We are very excited to have Mike join our team. His first-hand knowledge of our industry, combined with his natural gift for relationship building, will help position us for continued success as we concentrate on expanding our business in key markets,” said Chris Moore, CarolinaPower Vice President and General Manager.

Sease’s professional credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina, and training from the Sandler Sales Institute and the South Carolina Economic Developers’ Association (SCEDA). In addition, he is a graduate of Leadership Greenville. Sease is active in multiple industry organizations including SCEDA, Upstate Alliance, and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Carolinas Chapter. Recent community involvement includes volunteering with the Interfaith Hospitality Network, a program of United Ministries; serving as a Board Member and Past President of the Roper Mountain Science Center (RMSC) Association; and being a mentor with Fostering Great Ideas, a foster care advocate organization.
