CarolinaPower Showcases New, Expanded Charleston Facility at Client Appreciation Event

July 25, 2019 by carolinapower Leave a Comment

CarolinaPower’s new, expanded Charleston-area location was the center of attention last week at a client appreciation event attended by more than 60 invitees. The upgraded facility — located at 7324 Industry Drive (Charleston 29418) — includes a recently renovated area for prefabrication as well as office space.

Local clients, suppliers, and CarolinaPower employees and their guests enjoyed a tour of the facility and had the opportunity to learn more about the company’s capabilities and services in the Lowcountry. The festivities included door prizes with the top giveaways being an RTIC 45 cooler and a Samurai Tactical Fish bag.

CarolinaPower-Lowcountry has doubled its business since it opened in 2014, and now employs a staff of 25 employees — comprised of project managers, superintendents, electricians, and apprentices. The Charleston location is led by Johnny Monroe, branch manager. Current and recent projects include Absolute Haitian’s new operations center in Moncks Corner; Garco Mill Office building located near Park Circle; Summerville Medical Center ER Expansion and Renovation; and Joint Base Charleston site lighting upgrade.

All four of CarolinaPower’s South Carolina offices have experienced impressive growth over the past 12 to 18 months, and each location is hosting its own unique celebratory event. The Columbia branch’s Open House preceded Charleston’s earlier this year, while the Augusta and Greenville branches are planning events for this fall and early next year, respectively.
