    Clemson University Allen N. Reeves Football Complex

    This LEED Silver, $55 million facility has everything a football program needs to recruit and produce the best college football team. CarolinaPower was an integral member of the design and construction team from the early planning stages. Once mobilized, CarolinaPower was one of 85+ subcontractors on a site where there were over 200 workers at any given time. A culture of teamwork among the trades was key to meeting owner expectations for safety, quality, schedule and budget.

  • Augusta University Medical Center  Hybrid Operating Room

    Augusta University Medical Center Hybrid Operating Room

    CarolinaPower provided electrical contracting services for a new Hybrid Operating Room to be created from existing functioning areas within a world-class healthcare facility. The logistically difficult project entailed a 15-month phased renovation of an active, occupied traditional OR and associated patient areas. The electrical scope was inherently complex, given the sophistication of the type of MPE systems required for Hybrid ORs.

    Clemson University College of Business

    Clemson’s new home for business education will nearly double the space available in historic Sirrine Hall, the college’s current home. The project features two towers connected on the ground and first floor by an expansive grand staircase and outdoor plaza, and by an interior hallway on the ground and first floor. Most of the North Tower will comprise classrooms and labs, while the four-story South Tower will primarily house faculty and staff offices and workspaces. Both towers will offer conference rooms with panoramic views of Sikes Hall, Tillman Hall, Memorial Stadium and Lake Hartwell.

  • BMW Hall 52 North Assembly Plant

    BMW Hall 52 North Assembly Plant

    To accommodate increased production, BMW made the decision to expand its North Assembly Plant (Hall 52) located on the company’s North American campus. The project, which entailed adding 160,000 square feet of manufacturing and logistics space to the existing 1.8 million-square-foot plant, called for significant electrical upgrades and tie-ins.

  • Clemson University Life Sciences Building

    Clemson University Life Sciences Building

    Clemson University’s LEED Gold certified Life Sciences building is a flexible laboratory, teaching and faculty office environment. The facility supports scientific research and engages students via training and education in a cross section of fields— microbiology, immunology, endocrinology, and proteomics. The facility includes up to four teaching laboratories, including lab support for upper level undergraduate and graduate level classes. Additional areas include space for IT support, research activity reception and display areas. The building accommodates over 20 principal investigators and their students, along with technical and service support staff.
