CarolinaPower Receives National Safety Recognition From ABC With Step Platinum

CarolinaPower earned a Platinum-level STEP Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) for 2022. This national safety award was presented at the ABC Carolinas Chapter’s annual Construction Safety Summit in Charlotte, NC, on October 6, 2023. CarolinaPower’s Tony Morris, safety manager, proudly accepted the award on behalf of the company.

Sending workers home safely every night is a common goal among construction firms. Established more than 30 years ago as a safety benchmarking and improvement tool, ABC’s STEP program has evolved into a world-class safety management system that dramatically improves safety performance among participants regardless of company size or type of work.
